To change texture color in Adobe Photoshop do one of the following:
Go to Image Menu Choose Enhance Adjust Color Adjust Hue/Saturation.
Choose Layer New Adjustment Layer Hue/Saturation, or open an existing Hue/Saturation adjustment layer.
